Vic qualified in 2008 at a mixed practice in North Wales and started working in referral centre in 2009. In 2011 Vic became Internal medicine team leader in charge. Her role included running the Radioiodine unit as a Radiation Protection Supervisor

She completed her certificate in emergency and critical care in an emergency centre and in 2013 she gained a Master’s degree in animal behaviour and welfare.

Vic teaches the L3 Veterinary Nursing and L5 Advanced Veterinary Nursing at CVTC, her passion for teaching started as a Clinical Supervisor by supporting her learners progress.

Vic is on the BVNA council where she is very proud to be involved in representing and advocating for veterinary nurses and working towards promoting and improving their role within the wider veterinary profession

In her spare time Vic enjoys paddle boarding, archery and she is an avid beekeeper
